Full description of Vanilla Multiplayer

Vanilla Multiplayer is essentially a player ran server with a couple added features to smooth over gameplay. The goal is to eventually have the community as a whole decide and play parts in what happens, whats added/changed, who is punished for breakings rules, etc.
