Anarchy servers are a type of Minecraft server that usually have very few rules and sometimes even have no rules at all. Bedwars is a competitive PvP mini-game where players battle it out across floating islands to be the last man standing. The island you spawn on contains a bed which acts as your respawn point, and if that bed is ever destroyed you will no longer respawn and will be eliminated from the game the next time you die. The goal is therefore to hunt down other players and destroy their beds while also protecting your own bed. Bedwars can either be played solo or as a team game, where a group of players spawn on the same island and work together to defend the same bed.

Land claim
This is the Minecraft servers providing individual players some kind of Land/Plot/Grief protection - The basic thought is you can claim a piece of land and make it your own, to ensure no one can destroy your blocks or steal your things.
Depending on the type of gameplay, normally it is very nice to get back to where you left of and not finding all your hard work griefed the next day you login.
Some gameplay types like factions / skyblock etc. got their own builtin land protection - this category is not meant for those kind of servers.

Semi vanilla
SemiVanilla servers are created using Bukkit/Spigot jars, and may have very limited plugin use.
Allowed plugins include
- Essentials commands (/spawn, /sethome, /home, /vote, /rules, /list, /ping, /ignore, /helpop),
- Anti-grief plugins (GriefPrevention, CoreProtect, PotionProtect, Reporter, WorldGuard/WorldEdit),
- Voting plugins (Votifier, GAListener, etc.),
- Lag-reducing plugins (ClearLagg).
Wrappers to allow for chat commands like .home, .spawn, etc. are allowed. Chat plugins (/ignore, chat filters) may be used. Plugins that change the players count, scoreboards, or player list may not be used. Any other plugins that are used may not affect gameplay for regular players. The non-native plugin features available to players are limited only to integral commands. Semi-Vanilla servers rely on command blocks to do everything else. These servers do not have economy, multi-world, or mini game plugins.
