Full description of The Votin' Server

The (currently (as far as i'm aware)) only server running the new april fools 2023 snapshot.
Note: If the server is down, don't worry! That's just because of the website I'm using to make it, and I'll start it back up as soon as I can! (provided i'm not sleeping or away from my computer)
