Full description of stan

mainly survival hopefully more added in the future. kind friendly staff and members. strict enough rules to stop irritation but not to strict to make it unfun.

RULES:
1. no spamming people or chat.
2. don't purposely create lag.
3. use common sense and respect everyone.
4. no linking websites or other links.
5. no racism or homophobia
6. no hacking/cheating or using xray etc.
7. don't argue at staff or ban evade
