TL;DR:I made this server to play with friends, then expanded it for fun. I once played on a server with paid player servers, loved the experience, but couldn’t afford it as a kid. Now I can — so I made JJS Network with free PlayerServers, fun game modes, and a community where you can build, learn, and explore your way. Come hang out!

Why I Made the Server and the History Behind!

I was bored one day, just hanging out with some friends, and thought it’d be fun to make a Minecraft server we could all play on — so I did. We played for a good while, and while my friends kept building better and better stuff, I got the idea that I wanted to try setting up a Bungee network. So I went ahead and did that too.

From there, I just kept adding more server modes — not because I had to, but because I could. I’ve always dreamed of making a server on this kind of scale, and now that I’ve finally got the hardware to do it, I figured, why not share it with others?

The idea for player servers actually came from back when I played on a server that had something similar. They had player servers too, but only through a paid subscription. I tested it out and honestly loved it — I got so much help from the owner and the staff, and it really got me into learning how Minecraft servers work. But eventually, being a kid without much money, I couldn’t afford to keep it going.

That experience stuck with me — it was fun, it was inspiring, and it was something I wished more people had access to. Now that I do have the funds and the setup, I figured… why not make that same thing, but free?

That’s where the idea of free PlayerServers came from — a place where anyone can try making their own server inside our network. Whether you’re totally new and want to learn, or you’ve got the experience but not the budget, I want to give people the opportunity to build something cool. Whether it’s learning, creating, exploring, or just having fun, I want to give everyone a place to enjoy Minecraft the way they want — and meet others while doing it.
