Welcome to Age of Sauron! We are a lord of the rings mod based server first opened in 2017, and for many years happily hosted on PebbleHosting. Besides the typical experience of a Lotr mod factions server, we have added many unique features that aren't seen in others!

For Factions gameplay:
🔹 Tile Map - You can earn resources and coins through claiming land with builds. Builds must be approved by members of our staff for claiming tiles
🔹 Siege Engines - To make battles more entertaining we enhance siege warfare; trebuchets, catapults and ballista easy to use for all our players
🔹 Faction quests - 18 unique faction quests that reward players for their hard work in expanding their realms power and influence
🔹 Mercenary Companies - Mercenaries are neutral and can be hired by other factions in battle
🔹Interactive map website [WIP] - For easier management of your faction as well as presenting all types of map you may need as a leader or lord (Faction territories, resource types and current wars)
🔹 Custom Bounties - Any player can set up a normal or anonymous bounty on another player, which players can claim after killing the named player

New game-modes!
🔹 Creative Plots - Claim up to nine 128x128 plots where with use of World Edit you and your friends can design and create builds
🔹PvP - You wish to train and fight other players in combat but you want equal footing? Here with use of unlimited kits you can face others in the many arenas we provide. Not only FFA, duels but also Sieges with our siege engines, To not bother players with modpacks, it is all without any additional mods!
